Cowmire Hall Damson Gin

The damson orchards of the Lyth Valley and surrounding area of the Lake District are famous, both for their beautiful white blossoms in the spring, and distinctive, purple fruit in the autumn. When skilfully married to London Gin at Cowmire Hall - a sixteenth century pele tower - the damsons produce a delicious gin which, not being too sweet, can be served as an aperitif, and as a liqueur.
