Whilst the range of craft, giftware and local foods is diverse, each product must conform to the Trading Standards ruling on the place of origin before admission to Made in Cumbria can be granted. Trading Standards declare that: … a product must be wholly manufactured in Cumbria or that the last treatment or process, resulting in a substantial change, must take place within the county. |
