Richard and Mary Kennedy design and make a wide range of furniture and other wooden items. We draw inspiration from many sources to produce a distinctive and orginal style.

House-Boxes

From your photos we make a wooden box in the shape of your house, with the roof as lid, and each face painted in every detail. Unusual shapes no problem. Our house boxes are already in collections around the world. Priced from £18, send photographs for a quotation.

Hardwood Furniture

Using local timber from a renewable source, we make tables, dressers, cupboards, bookcases etc, by hand, in our garden workshop.

We sell direct to the public, are pleased to accept commissions, and can sell some items to trade. We have a permanent stall in the Cockermouth Craft And Gift Centre, and exhibit at local fairs and agricultural shows.
