David Best Art
Situated in the heart of the Lake District, David Best paints from his studio at Low Wray, set in a stunning rural location.
Painting subjects include the landscape around the studio and that of the wider Lake District, animals (wildlife and pets), steam trains, boats, historic buildings, and not forgetting the local Herdwick sheep! Commission enquiries welcome.
The studio gallery shows an ever changing exhibition of recent work. Visitors to the studio are welcome by appointment as the opening times and days vary throughout the year.

All paintings shown are also available as limited or open edition prints and blank greetings cards. The prints are single mounted in two sizes; 10 x 8" and 18 x 14" which is the outside dimension of the mount and will fit these standard size frames. The mount colour is pale ivory as standard.
The 10 x 8" prints are open edition. The 18 x 14" prints are a limited edition of 500 and each has a numbered and signed certificate.
