Kendal Upholstery offers a range of traditional upholstery courses and workshops alongside a full restoration service for fine upholstered furniture. If you love antique furniture, or yearn to restore an old piece back to its former glory, you can learn all the necessary skills of traditional upholstery in the beautiful surroundings of the Lake District, Cumbria.

Students on an upholstery course will be given the opportunity to learn skills and time honoured techniques that have evolved over the last four centuries, enabling you to gain an appreciation of craftsmanship and quality in its historical context.
