Wallington Food and Craft Festival Cookbook
A newly produced cookbook containing over twenty recipes. Most of the dishes have been cooked by top North East chefs on the Northumbria Larder demonstration kitchen at past events across the region, and recipes include Craster Salad, Northumbrian Lamb with Berry Sauce and White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake. The Cumberland Sausage Association and Made in Cumbria are currently campaigning to give Traditional Cumberland Sausages the same protection as products like Champagne, Parma Ham and Greek Feta cheese. A new website - traditionalcumberlandsausage.com - has been launched as part of the campaign.
